My Silver Gelatin Sepia toned print of "Baddi Amma" Old Grandmother, got selected in the the 35th Annual "Commitment to Excellence" juried Art Exhibition Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce for exhibition between Aug 13-22. I entered in this prestigious show for the first time, all are invited to the show. Its the same print that was in student show at Windward Community College, Kaneohe last year and had the best comment from Michele Van Hessen, House of Representatives Minority Caucus - Media Director, visited the exhibit and told my teacher and gallery manager that she thought my photo of the old woman was the best in the exhibit of total 167 art works.
