Description
This original piece was painted on separate sheets of paper and then joined together to create the whole piece. This image was also chosen and published as a cover of the college magazine. This is one of my favorite pieces. This was drawn and colored very intuitively and meditatively. I named it "Dancing tree of life" because I see it as a plant, tree form with a dancing form that has a seedling (life) in its womb. Dancing figure was juxtaposed in front of a colorful sky to represent the joy, love, laughter, happiness, sadness, passion, feeling, emotion in life and the dancing tree of life dances everything away taking-in/absorbing everything in the first moment and letting go in the next so it can keep flowing, keep dancing, keep living. Thats the message it wants to project to each being so we are not stuck because we tend to hold on to anything tangible or intangible either its material, or relationships or beliefs and when we do we stagnate our energy, that makes us stop flowing. So the one thing that makes us keep going, keep moving is eventually letting go, even when we hold on for a while, until we learn to surrender and let go...
Note: Please REDUCE the image to fit the 5x7 CARDS, so that the image is NOT cropped to keep the integrity of the original image.
